How do I place an order on genevenovelties.com?
Simply roll your cursor over the relevant categories, such as watches, jewelry etc. Within each category, you will find further links to help you locate exactly what you are looking for. When you have made your selection, click on “add to bag”. Once you are ready to complete your purchase, click on the shopping bag icon at the top right-hand corner of your screen and click on “Go to checkout” to be led through the checkout process.
How can I create an account?
To register, go to the LOG IN/REGISTER link at the upper right navigation of the page. This will open the registration page, and follow these steps: 1. You’ll be asked to enter your name and email address, and to choose a password, then click the “Create Account” button at the bottom of the page. Once an order is placed, you can go online to the “My Account” tab and input your registered email and password information. After logging in, you can view your order status, update your personal account information and view orders.
Do you deliver to my area?
We deliver to anywhere in Kuwait. Orders are delivered according to the delivery method you choose when you place the order. We offer delivery within 48 hours for most areas.
Do I have to be home when the order is delivered?
No, just someone to accept and sign for the order.
How can I pay for my order?
You can pay online using:

  • Cash on Delivery(COD)

Is shopping on genevenovelties.com Secure?
When you order anything from us your order is made over a secure connection via an SSL (Secure Socket Layer). This means that all the personal information you enter will be encrypted so it cannot be read as it travels over the Internet. Encryption is used on all pages within the buying process, making shopping on genevenovelties.com as safe as possible.
Is my Credit Card/K-net information safe?
In compliance with the highest industry standards, we do not take nor save any of your credit card or K-net information on our servers.
When you make a payment through K-net, you will be directed through a secure connection to the K-net page. K-net will then process the payment and will only send us back a confirmation of the payment. This way, your data will never leave the K-net page.
When you make a payment with your Visa or MasterCard, you will be directed through a secure connection to Commercial Bank. Commercial Bank will then process the payment and will only send us back a confirmation of the payment. This way, we never store your card number.
Is there a warranty on the items?
We offer International Warranty for any watch purchases made at genevenovelties.com. The warranty period begins from the date of order.
All watches are with 24 months product warranty unless stated otherwise. Please refer to the warranty card which will be delivered with your ordered product(s).
Our warranty covers manufacturing defects due to faulty material or workmanship only on the watch itself under normal condition of use.
The warranty does not cover:

  • Wear and tear to the case, strap or bracelet.
  • Defect arising from damage caused by accident, mishandling, incorrect or abusive use (knocks/crush/moisture in the case of non-water resistant models).
  • Esthetical changes for normal wear and tear due to aging such as but not limited to scratches, alteration of color on case/strap/bracelet, peeling of the plating and/or missing crystal.
  • Broken crown, battery replacement and scratched or cracked case.
  • Theft or loss of the complete timepiece or components.
  • Parts not covered by this warranty are subject to charges and a quote will be referred to you before we process with the repair.

You are required to present the warranty card for any repairs at any of our shops across Kuwait.
What is your return policy? How many days do I have to return a product?
It’s really simple to return an item to us here at genevenovelties.com, please call our Customer Service and they will help you set it up.
Once you’ve called Customer Service, the easiest and fastest way to return the item is to go down to your nearest store (store finder link). Make sure to bring a print-out of your order confirmation and civil id
Customer purchased an item and wants to return or exchange – he/she has only 14 days to return or exchange, make sure the items must be returned in a resalable condition. That means your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it.

  • In case, if any return request made by the customer then we will not refund the shipping charges as that has already been incurred by us. We will refund the product purchased amount only.
  • Customer purchased an item and that found it defective within 24 hours we will collect and replace the item for you.
  • In the case of a product purchased with a gift coupon, bundle offer, special offer or purchased during the sales campaigns etc. then we have the rights not to accept the product return. Replacement is possible only if customer is proving (defect / missing part / etc ) only within 14 days after the delivery.
  • When we receive the item, our returns department confirm that everything is present and in it’s in original condition to ensure its eligibility for refund.
