K-Net /Credit cards
In compliance with the highest industry standards, we do not take nor save any of your credit card or K-net information on our servers. When you make a payment through K-net, you will be directed through a secure connection to the K-net page. K-net will then process the payment and will only send us back a confirmation of the payment. This way, your data will never leave the K-net page. When you make a payment with your Visa or MasterCard, you will be directed through a secure connection to Commercial Bank. Commercial Bank will then process the payment and will only send us back a confirmation of the payment. This way, we never store your card number.
Cash on Delivery
For customers without access to a K-net or credit card, we accept Cash on Delivery (COD) as an alternative payment method. You can pay the delivery agent upon receiving your order. The (COD) orders that are 50KD and above will be delivered free of charge and as we have to pay our courier an extra fee for cash on delivery orders thus we charge you 2KD delivery charge for the orders below 50KD.
