At Geneve Novelties, we believe that customer service is the corner stone of our entire business. We try our best to avoid any issues that may arise during your shopping experience with us, therefore we made sure that all our policies are transparent and simple to understand. We ship orders in Kuwait by 3rd party logistics partners. The (COD) orders that are 50KD and above will be delivered free of charge and as we have to pay our logistics partner an extra fee for cash on delivery orders thus we charge you 2KD delivery charge for the orders below 50KD.There are no extra charge if you choose to use K-net/credit card or paying in store. If you choose to pick up your order in the nearest store, it will be ready for you within 5 hours if we have the product in store. Otherwise it will be ready the next day. We will send you an email confirmation when the order is ready to pick up.
Orders are delivered according to the delivery method you choose when you place the order. We offer delivery within 48 hours for most areas .Once you have received the order, we will ask you for your physical signature. Your signature will be a confirmation that you have received all items purchased in the order.
If we reach your address and fail to deliver the order, please contact our customer service department to arrange an alternative delivery time. We will not be responsible for any orders that are not delivered within a period of 15 days after the date of purchase.
